The maps include only TMS wells that are being drilled, have been completed, and are in production status. Permitted wells and respective unit maps are no longer included. These maps were created for the exclusive use of the MSOGB Board Staff. Unit boundaries and well locations are not considered exact and may vary slightly from the unit plats provided with the permit application. Consequently, the MSOGB does not warranty the accuracy of the maps in any way and does not make the GIS data used to create the maps available for public except in the format provided. If the GIS information becomes available for public use the MSOGB will update this page with instructions on how to obtain the data.

Also, there are production graphs and data in .pdf and .xls formats for current operators of horizontally completed and producing oil wells in the Tuscaloosa Marine Shale (TMS). The MSOGB will continue to update this data on a month to month basis as information becomes available from production reports submitted. The data is in a .xls Excel Spreadsheet format. If you do not have Microsoft Excel you can get a free Microsoft Excel Viewer here here that will allow you to open Excel documents.
